This area is for users who want to build their own doug coil machine, as well as customers who have purchased a pre-built machine. We provide resources for obtaining parts, as well as documentation and software to assist you in operating your machine.

We offer kits which contain all necessary parts for building the machine. Should you decide to purchase parts on your own, there are several resources to help you locate them: The coil parts list, the capacitor order sheet &  capacitor links. You can use the capacitor switch labels for your doug coil. 

Whether you've purchased your machine pre-built, or build your own, read the safety precautions! When you're ready to connect your machine to the amplifier and frequency generator, read the set-up instructions first, and consult both the connection diagram and the wiring diagram while setting it up. This step needs to be done very carefully. Please double check your work before operating the machine for the first time.  

Once you have successfully connected all electronic components, you're ready to turn on the doug coil machine. Read the operating instructions, before turning it on. Also read through the frequency operation guide. 
              
To calculate the inductance of your coil, use the coil size finder.  There is an online switch calculator for all users of coil machines. 

For customers of a pre-built machine, you will be supplied with a capacitors.txt file which works with the downloadable switch calculator. The text file supplies your components' actual values to run the program. Used with the text file, the program will very accurately calculate the best possible switch positions for your doug coil machine to operate smoothly.
